Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: 

This campaign is open only to legal residents of Malaysia aged 18 years or over at the date of entry. Employees of Chicago Chicken City, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Campaign. 

Campaign Period: 

Entries will be accepted online starting from 00:01 on 18th August 2023 and ending at 23:59 on 18th September 2023. All online entries must be received by 18th September 2023 at 23:59. 

How to Enter: 

1. The Campaign must be entered by purchasing a combo set from any Chicago Chicken City outlet 

2. Scanning the QR code to access the landing page 

3. Uploading the receipt for proof of purchase

4. Answering three (3) questions, and filling out the required information. 

5. The entrant must follow Chicago Chicken City on Instagram and Facebook at @chicagochickencity. 

6. Each receipt is considered a single entry. Multiple entries are permitted and will increase the entrant’s chances of winning. 

Prizes: 

Three (3) grand prizes and seven (7) consolation prizes will be awarded in this Campaign. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Chicago Chicken City's discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. 

Winner Selection and Notification: 

Winners of the Campaign will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of Chicago Chicken City. Winners will be notified via social media announcement on Chicago Chicken City’s official Instagram and Facebook pages on 21st September 2023. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. 

Rights Granted by Entrants: 

By entering this campaign, entrants understand and agree that Chicago Chicken City, anyone acting on behalf of Chicago Chicken City, and Chicago Chicken City’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, the entrant's entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes, without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent. 

Terms & Conditions: 

Chicago Chicken City reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign should non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Chicago Chicken City's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Campaign. 

Limitation of Liability: 

By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Chicago Chicken City, their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such entrant’s participation in the Campaign and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof. 

Disputes: 

This Campaign is governed by the laws of Malaysia, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. As a condition of participating in this Campaign, participants agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Campaign, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Malaysia.
